Awards
Graham was thrilled to be awarded an MBE in the Queen’s 80th birthday celebrations in 2006 for his services to the Food Industry and will never forget the presentation ceremony at Buckingham Palace.
In the same year, he received the Chairman's Special Award from the Welsh Culinary Association in recognition of his contribution to the Hospitality Industry and Culinary Arts in Wales.
The following year, he was honoured with the Gilbert Lefevre Memorial Cup from the North West Branch of the Association Culinaire Francaise. This cup is presented to a person whom the committee feels has excelled in the profession or contributed to the well being of the branch.
